  • Drew – Cranford, Union

    Before
Mr. Drew retired from law enforcement and has been a Cranford, NJ resident for a very long time. He and his wife had raised their children in this home in Union County. He had thought it was time to expand their home to create a private sanctuary, master bedroom and a bath suite. Having many connections throughout Essex and Union county, Drew had many tradesmen to help him and his wife meet their ten-year-dream of making their addition and add a level plans a reality. They thought it was wise to receive estimates from local contractors in order to find a good solutions in proceeding with this siding project. They found Joe Percario could compliment him and his family to complete the design of the exterior of this project. They supported, designed and coached him on his ability to save money for his family. The Drew’s decided on insulated siding, a GAF roof system, insulated windows, Certainteed siding, a portico and a new set of platform steps. Since they have purchased and sold a new house, and because of their satisfaction, they are currently in conversation about doing another renovation with our team. We were delighted to help them with their siding project on their Cranford home, in Union County, New Jersey.

  • Gosnickel – Warren, Somerset

    Before
Talk about a combination job! Joe’s clients in beautiful Somerset County’s town of Warren, N.J. had a tall order for Joe. But nothing that he couldn’t handle. They loved their home’s original look but couldn’t stand the constant cost of all the maintenance they were plagued to undertake each year. They didn’t want to change the look either… until they met Joe. After much consideration, they decided on James T. Hardie’s fiber cement board siding on the entire home with all new cellular PVC trim boards by Azek. The original was removed and replaced with Hardie’s khaki brown and the 18 pairs of wood shutters on the home were recycled and custom painted with a Tuscan red and forest green two-tone to add a big POP to the outside. Now, with the homes exterior on the way to greatness, the original sun deck was the real challenge. The client was confused as to what would look and work best and relied on Joe’s design and research department to come up with a ‘stop-em-in-their-tracks’ look. Joe’s team came up with a Cellular PVC Pro-cell product for the decking and a natural Brazilian Iron-Wood for the rail framing with a combination of Timbertec railings with Trex 4×4 chocolate brown posts. The deck having multiple elevation changes and being picture-framed and on all sorts of angles was a hit with all the family and friends. Wait its not over…The rear wall of the home had a court-yard-like-look so Joe’s team recommended Owens Corning’s Cultured ledge stone along and along with the built in BBQ, this area had a great pop as well. The BBQ is a regular Weber $500 type push in and out type, but with the stones on each side and with granite slabs on top it became a master piece project for Joe’s team as well as the family.

  • Saloman – Union, Union

    Before
Mr. Saloman, a 25 year Union County, N.J. resident, had a for the third time, requested Joe Percario and team. We did roofing, siding and gutter work 10 years prior and he was now on the fence as for either a new Cambridge/ Granelle interlocking paver stone or stamped concrete patio. The Percario team came up with a new option that he went for and in the end, was glad he did. A multi-level LOW PROFILE composite CertainTeed sun deck was the answer… But that’s not all. Since the relationship with the Percario team stretched a decade and a half and we built trust and friendship, Mr. Saloman was in need of one more fast project. He had beed taken ill and knew he could recover much quicker at home. His request was a Four Season sun room off of his dinning room. We did it and he recovered at home surrounded by family and friends and we were so proud to participate!

  • Loretta & Wayne Doran – Whitehouse Station, Hunterdon

    Before
This married couple called Joe Percario because they loved the idea of being able to spend time on their deck, but the condition of their existing wooden deck had reached the end of its economic life. With the help of Paul from our team, we designed and constructed a new Azek PVC deck with contrasting railing colors and outlined the edge and steps in order to enhance the design and add detail. We installed stair lighting and solar post caps that illuminate their new deck in the evening while they make use of their grill and enjoy their new space.
